Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of products and services offered by Kitchen AI Labs (“Kitchen AI Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the CitizenAllSet citizenship interview preparation product (the “Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CitizenAllSet provides USCIS citizenship interview preparation, including study materials, AI-driven practice with an officer-style interviewer, and a graded mock interview that scores readiness. The Service is an educational and practice tool. It does not provide legal advice and is not affiliated with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

2. Purchases and Pricing

Full access to CitizenAllSet is sold as a one-time purchase of $29 USD. Pricing, scope, and feature availability may change for future purchases; once you have purchased, your access terms are governed by the version of these Terms in effect at the time of your purchase.

3. Account and Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate account information and to use the Service for lawful, personal preparation purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or use the Service to train competing models or products.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and trademarks made available through the Service are owned by Kitchen AI Labs or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal study and practice.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” Kitchen AI Labs makes no guarantee of any particular outcome from USCIS or any government agency. Kitchen AI Labs disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitchen AI Labs’ total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
