Refund Policy

We want CitizenAllSet to be useful preparation for your USCIS citizenship interview. If the Service does not meet your expectations, this Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

Eligibility window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not completed more than two graded mock interviews. Mock interviews are scored and stored on our servers, which is how we determine usage.

How to request

Send an email to support@kitchenailabs.com from the email address used at checkout. Include your order number (from your purchase receipt) and a short note describing why you are requesting a refund. We do not require a long justification, but feedback helps us improve.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, access to the Service is disabled.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for purchases older than 14 days or for accounts where the usage threshold described above has been exceeded. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may delay resolution of your request.
