Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kitchen AI Labs (“Kitchen AI Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our products and services, including CitizenAllSet.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — name, email, and password you provide when you create an account.
  • Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Practice data — answers, recordings, transcripts, and scores produced while you use the Service. This data is used to score your readiness and improve your study path.
  • Device and usage data — standard logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, deliver scored mock interviews, respond to support requests, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service — for example, our payment processor, hosting provider, and analytics provider — under contracts that require them to protect your information. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

If you use CitizenAllSet through an immigration law firm (white-label deployment), the firm acts as the operator of their workspace and may receive readiness scores and progress updates for clients assigned to them.

Your choices

You can update or correct your account information at any time from your account settings. You can request deletion of your account and associated practice data by emailing support@kitchenailabs.com. We may retain limited records as required by law or for financial reporting.

Security

We apply standard industry safeguards (encryption in transit, restricted access to production systems, audit logs) to protect your information. No system can guarantee absolute security; you use the Service at your own discretion.

Children

The Service is intended for adult applicants preparing for the USCIS naturalization process. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
